Traditional dishes

Nestled in our vineyards and adjacent to our wine cellar, the family-run Tenuta Ambrosini agritourism was born.

Our cuisine expresses the typicality of the Franciacorta territory. Among the various dishes we offer, all rigorously accompanied by one of our Franciacorta wines, the most representative is the Spiedo Bresciano, composed of beef, pork and low court meat coming exclusively from our territory and our farm. The cooking of our spit is done on the grill rigidly for 6 hours, using wood from our vineyards that guarantee uniformity of heat and give a special fragrance.

We have three large dining rooms for 40 people used, by reservation, for lunches, group dinners, birthdays, baptisms and confirmations, corporate dinners, meetings and business meetings. The menu can be customized to your liking, according to your requests.

Open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
